Registration for the 2017-2018 school year must be completed online through the PowerSchool Parent Portal.  If you have not yet completed the online registration process, please click on the PowerSchool Logo in the upper right hand corner of this webpage.  In addition to the online registration, there are some forms which must be completed on paper and returned to the school as well as some information that we want to make available to you.

There is no Registration Fee for Pre-K.  Warsaw Elementary School's Pre-K Program is funded by a Preschool for All Grant through a partnership with Regional Office of Education #26 and Regional Superintendent John Meixner.

Illinois law requires a health examination for students entering Pre-K, Kindergarten, & 6th grades and all students entering or transferring into an Illinois school.  All children enrolling in kindergarten or upon first entry into an Illinois school beyond kindergarten are required to have an eye examination.  Examinations must be performed by a licensed optometrist he/she shall complete and sign the Eye Examination Report form.  These examinations should be completed before the start of school.  A "Live Birth Certificate" copy must also be submitted for all the Pre-K and Kindergarten students as well as any student new to the district.

All Pre-K students must show proof of at least one vaccine for Pneumococcal after 24 months of age.

A lead screening test/questionnaire must be submitted for each Pre-K and Kindergarten student prior to admission.  If the test/questionnaire results must be signed by the doctor/nurse and on file in the school.
